It's day one of the legislative session and already Rep. Paul Stam spoke on the floor of the House of the need to pass an anti-LGBT, anti-marriage state constitutional amendment.

Please take a moment to let your legislators know you oppose this bill and ask them to fight it every step of the way.

Since the passage of California's Prop. 8 and similar measures in every other southern state, the right wing has literally drawn a target on North Carolina.

Equality NC's success at stopping this amendment the past five years has been noticed, and the right is organizing like never before.
